A "good eye" is the guage of spiritual fitness, because relationships with people are the core of God's program ... The importance of relationship and the value of people over other things we consider important ... The church is not defined by organisation or administration, but by relationships. If the relationships are strong, the church is strong. If relationships are weak, no matter how professionally the programs are administered, the church is weak ... What's wrong with the following statement? "Our people are our greatest assets."
